Web Shop
Every event is sold through your web shop – either on your Entrello shop page or directly on your own website via the embedded widget. From here, your visitors book tickets, regardless of whether you use Stripe or OPPWA as your payment provider.
Start / End / Doors At
These three times control how the event is communicated. Start and End define the actual event period, Doors At defines when entry begins. Doors At is particularly relevant for display on tickets and in reminder messages and does not need to match the start time.
Reservations & Purchases
By default, events are set to direct purchase. Optionally, you can allow reservations so visitors can initially only reserve seats. Both at the same time is also possible. Under Settings you can also enable exclusive reservations – meaning reservation without parallel direct purchase.
Seating Plan / Free Seating
You decide per event whether visitors select a specific seat via a seating plan or whether free seating applies (ticket allocation without fixed seats). The seating plan is suitable for seated events, free seating for standing room or open formats.
Labels
With Labels you assign bookings and visitors to specific groups – the foundation for targeted marketing across your channels. This is one of the most important tools in Entrello because it allows you to define visitor groups and target audiences. → You can find more details in the separate article "Labels and Target Audiences".
Waiting List
If you're hosting an event that fills up quickly but it makes sense for your audience, set up a waiting list. This also gives you a sense of how many visitors would be interested in another date.
